「We were only there for one night for a concert but it was very clean (and I am very picky about cleanliness)! As soon as I walked in, I could smell that it was just cleaned. I also have sensory issues with bedding and typically can’t sleep in hotel beds, but I slept AMAZINGLY (literally the most comfortable mattress and sheets). We also accidentally locked ourselves out and the front desk staff were so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was kind of lacking but we did come at the tail end so it was...

「The first room they put us in smelled like cigarettes and this was a non-smoking property. The bed linens were dirty and the floor needed to be swept. They gave us another room on a different floor. That room was much better but the floor still looked like it hadn’t been swept for a while.」
