We had a great stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, let us leisurely leave the pool a little past closing hours either out being pushy. Very happy! The hot tub was hot which was a major plus for us.

We enjoyed our stay overall. We really appreciated that the hot tub was open, clean, and a nice place to relax. The pool area, however, could have used some extra attention as it seemed a little dirty. We also had a clogged sink and noticed that the shower leaked, which were a few inconveniences during our stay. That being said, when we checked out, the staff was very apologetic, friendly, and did their best to address our concerns and make things right. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was a great added bonus and made the stay even better. Despite the few maintenance issues, we had a positive experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Work brings us to Akron, Ohio once a year. We stayed at the Residence Inn in Fairlawn one year, and were so satisfied - we stay here every time. Quiet. Close to suburbia if you need to make a quick dash to a convenience store, grocery store, restaurant, etc. But it's also just 15 minutes from downtown. It truly is the best of both worlds. Free parking. Free breakfast. And even in the studio rooms, you get all of the amenities of home - couch, desk, two-seater high top table, and a kitchenette.

It’s so nice to have somebody who is actually nice to you when you are checking in. Very friendly; that’s honestly that’s hard to find at hotels today. The hotel itself has always been clean and the rooms have always been nice. One of my favorite places to stay.
