「We left a pair of nice shoes in our room with brand new custom inserts in them. I called and spoke to someone that said nothing had been turned in. I asked if I could leave my number just in case, as I had booked through expedia and wasn't sure they had my information. A few days later, I received a voicemail from Erin who said they had found them! 「The property was in a good location and was well maintained. The all inclusive breakfast and dinner was a great addition but the food was just okay. The staff were pleasant and security was good. The room did not have any complimentary water or bathroom accessories like shower caps, but the bed and pillows were comfortable. All in all, our stay was comfortable.」
