「Bathroom floor had built up dirt, grass around bed frame, and vent in bathroom covered in dust when we arrived. Staff were informational upon check in and exit but cleanliness of room was concern for price of almost 300 for one night. 」

「No blow dryer in room-had to go buy one-no hot tub as promised-no coffee maker in room, had to walk a city block length to get a complementary cup of coffee-breakfast was a granola bar and choice of banana or a tangerine. Most of the staff barely speaks English. Room was very clean but had a high chemical smell to the point it was almost nauseating! Price for 1st night was $47 more than quoted.」

「First of all, the room as well as the bathroom were dirty. The sink was used and filthy and there was food (olive and crumbs) under the bed which was disgusting. Unfortunately there is no personnel on site to attend to. We were there for just a weekend and it was my husband's birthday so we didn't have time to figure out how we should address our complaints immediately. Furthermore, the entire house was extremely cold and the guests are not able to adjust the temperature! We were freezing at...

「Room floors dirty. No toilet paper. Not enough bath towels. Requested this several times and apparently house keeping leaves at 4:00 & no one has access to provide these items. Pillows are horrible requested more pillows, never arrived. A lot of inconsistency. 」

「I waited about 20 minutes to check because there was no one at the front desk & once i was able to check in, then the room was already booked. It was quite a surprise when i walked in on a couple and then it was another 20 minute ordeal to get another and of course then key cards didn't work & it was a third to the fronnt」
