「The location was perfect for walking to all DC has to offer. Several restaurants in the area. Building was very safe and the unit was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. They offer free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby which was great. There was an in unit laundry with soap provided. I would definitely stay again. Pelican residence staff communication was quick to respond and answer all questions. 」

「Great for vacation if you’re not spending much time there. We were there to sleep and wind down. If need more supplies you need to call a number and probably would have to wait awhile, front desk staff is totally separate from the rental business. Only negative would be is that our flight got in pretty early, wanted to drop off our bags/luggage so we didn’t have to lug it around the city. They said we couldn’t do it, after checking in not sure why we couldn’t have just dropped our bags off.」

「Good location, nice spacious apartment, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. Check in was very poor, as I never got the emailed code to obtain the key. Also, the room was very cold and thermostat did not work. 」

「I liked the apartment style unit. The two bedroom & two full bath configuration was great. There was also a full kitchen with enough equipment to cook a meal. Shops were literally just a few doors down the street with all necessities. I would look for this arrangement next time I travel.」

「We stayed in a 3-bedroom unit. The unit was very spacious, approximately 1725 square feet. The location was wonderful. Be advised the HVAC for the unit is controlled building-wide, so you have AC during the summer months and heat during the winter months. If you get a very warm day in late November, as we did, then the unit is going to be warm. There are some fans available in the unit to help in this situation.
