The apartment is spacious, very clean, comfortable and an excellent safe location for walking to many of the DC sights. The Smithsonian museums, the White House, Capitol, and so many great restaurants are within minutes. It is a corner unit so very light during the day with privacy shades at night. Blackout shades keep the bedrooms dark from the night lights of the city when you're sleeping. The beds are very comfortable too, making for a restful night after a day filled with sightseeing. We had excellent meals--all within walking distance, including bakeries serving light breakfasts, and good grab and go sandwiches for lunches in the park. There is a laundry facility and nice kitchen in the apartment, although not stocked with cooking essentials or laundry detergent. So if you plan to cook or do laundry, plan to make a quick trip to the grocers. There is a gym that my son happily used and a lovely outdoor garden area. I would definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay

Very convenient to the National Mall and museums. Just a block from the Archives museum and metro stop. Clean. Great view of the city and a couple of blocks from Capital One Arena.

We stayed for three nights The apartment was clean and comfortable. The beds were nice and comfortable which led to a good nights sleep. The surrounding apartments were very quiet and any local residents we met were very nice. The caretakers of the apartment were in touch every step of the way through the rentsl. The parking garage is nice and clean. The apartment is in the middle of restaurant row with a lot of options for eating. If i ever go back to DC, I will definitely stay here again.

Apartment was great and location was excellent. Close to everything. Walking out the front door of the apartments and you have many different options for dining both casual and upscale as well as coffee shops. It was only a couple of blocks away from the National Mall. Go left to see the Capitol Building or go right to see the National Monument and Lincoln Memorial. Go straight at the National Mall to go to Air & Space Museum and go a few blocks more to get to the Spy Museum. Awesome location. Friendly front lobby staff. Friendly residents in the complex as well. Easy parking that was 1/2 the price of a lot of other places. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Comfortable family getaway in DC

My family and I stayed for 3 nights at this apartment and were very pleased. The apartment was clean and modern and had all the basic amenities for our family's visit. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was spacious. We loved that it was close to the Washington Mall so we could enjoy eating in for lunches and dinners. My 12 yo absolutely loved the indoor pool. We would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to others. Just read the property's fine print about fees and schedules carefully and you'll have no surprises. They didn't 100% match what was listed on hotels.com.

Two bedroom, two bathroom modern condo in the heart of Washington, DC. Loved that we each had our own private space. Full size kitchen, living room, dining area. Condo included washer and dryer which we used during our stay. The Navy Memorial metro/subway stop is literally steps from the condo, we only discovered this on our last day. Getting to/from Dulles airport was so easy by Metro. Condo has a gym, pool and hot tub. We loved the coffee machine in the lobby, used it every day. Lots of restaurants, museums, truly close to so much.

The apartment was as described. Everything was great. Great location within walking distance of many museums, monuments...This place was excellent for the 4 adults and 1 child . Plenty of space, full kitchen...So much better than 2 regular hotel rooms for just about the same price. We stayed 3 nights. Excellent communication. I would recommend Heaven on Washington without hesitation, especially for a family or group.

This location is perfect for exploring the National Mall on foot. We walked everywhere and only took an Uber to and from Reagan National Airport, which was under $20 each way. Driving didn’t seem ideal, as traffic was heavy and parking looked challenging. We covered about 8–10 miles daily, visiting museums, strolling the mall, and even enjoying a wonderful dinner cruise. The pickup spot for our night bus tour was also within walking distance, making everything incredibly convenient. With plenty of dining options nearby, this bustling area is a great spot for food lovers. It’s also just a couple of blocks from the NBA arena, perfect for catching a game or event. As expected in a lively city, there’s some noise from traffic, pedestrians, and emergency sirens. While the building is well-insulated, it’s still louder than our quiet suburban home. That said, the energy and accessibility of this location make it a fantastic choice, and I highly recommend it for those who love exploring the vibrant national capital!

A perfect spot for a family visit to DC

Our unit didn't have a sofa sleeper for our 5th person, only an inflatable mattress which fit in the hallway. The unit was well laid out and had plenty of space to store luggage. The kitchen had most of what we needed but was short a few pieces of silverware and glasses. We made it work without difficulty. WiFi worked well, though the instructions for it were incorrect. The property manager was responsive throughout our stay. The location of the building was perfect...close to the mall, metro, felt safe, etc. There is a wonderful restaurant, Matchbox, that we visited for some fantastic food. The courtyard was beautiful and peaceful to walk through, however we didn't have any extra time to enjoy it or the other amenities (pool, exercise rooms).

An absolutely perfect location in DC. We were there for a multi-day event at Capital One Arena, which was just a short block & a half walk away, but we were also very proximate to a number of the Smithsonian's and other DC attractions. Parking was easy (Instructions/communication with front desk was not immediately clear, but once you figured it out, it was a great setup, read more below). We were in unit 1018, both beds were very comfortable, GREAT bathrooms/showers, good internet, good kitchen, comfortable living room. Amazing balcony terrace on this unit overlooking the street, Capital One, and Portrait Gallery. Carmine's directly across the street and so much food within a block/2 block radius we could have eaten for weeks. *Parking: OK, so the specifics of how parking works were not that clear, but it works out really well. If you park, DON'T go to the garage first (if you do it's ok, it doesn't cost anything, just ends up causing you more work). 8th St where the entrance is located is not heavily traffic'd and wide, you can safely double-park outside the entrance of the apartment and go through the check-in procedure. While there you purchase the parking pass for the garage from the front desk. (In our case, we entered the garage, got a regular pay-to-park ticket from the machine. We had to have the front desk give us a validation ticket to leave the deck, drive around the block, and re-enter with the resident parking pass.)

The apartment is in a residential apartment building and within easy walking distance to many of the DC monuments & museums. The apartment was very nice, fully-furnished (complete w/a washer/dryer), with a corner view of the intersection below. Parking was available below the building (a big plus!).
