"It’s supposed to be the nicest hotel in Urumqi - and it is in terms of the physical property itself. Nice clean and well maintained decor. Location is not bad. However, a few things that are not fitted for a hotel of it’s status: 1. The concierge is located at the ground floor entrance and not at the upper floor lobby next to the reception. "I reserved a double room and when I checked in they told me that I will get a single room because I was a single passenger. I told them that even though I was alone I wanted the double room. "施設自体悪くない。朝食も良かった。 しかし、チェックイン時にまさかの予約を受けていません。ホテルドットコムの予約確認書を見せても、メール画面を見せても認めない。約30分、英語もろくに話すスタッフがおらず、携帯の翻訳サイトを使った会話。最後は諦めたように予約とは違うタイプのキーを渡され、ちゃんと確認するけど予約は無いよと中国語。デポジットはとっておきます。翌朝のチェックアウトまで何の連絡も無く、終始不安で過ごすことになりました。チェックアウト時何の説明もなく、何事も無かったようにOK!のみ。デポジットも返されましたが、呆れて文句いう気にもならなかった。ほぼクレームです。ホテルドットコムさん共々説明を求めます。"
