"The room was very clean. I loved the adjacent little space/room with kitchen sink, small refrigerator, and a small table where we could sit and have nice conversations. The location is close to the major attractions."

"rooms are way smaller than they appear—but we were happy with it (didn’t need much, just a place to sleep). hall noise is not buffered, so you may be kept up at night by other guests. they do give earplugs to help with any traffic noise. my friend was electrocuted by the hairdryer. they were accommodating for early check in, and the location is perfect for any metro or sightseeing needs you may have. Walgreens is right next door. staff are all great and friendly."

They are quite similar. "Historic hotel" is more commonly used in the U.S., while you'll often hear "heritage hotel" in Asia and Europe. Yes. Every effort is made to preserve treasured traditions and historic facades, while interiors have safety features and modern conveniences.
