「I love the hotel. Just wish they had 2 Elevators. Better pillows and bed they were too hard. Need softer pillows and bed. Felt like I was sleeping on cardboard. Also they need to let the 3rd party know you have to pay for parking. Didn’t know we had to pay for parking until I got there. It’s 12.00 a day for parking and if they are going to charge for parking they need bigger parking lot. Hard trying to find parking if you come in anfter 10 or 11:00. 「Overall, we had an excellent stay! The hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were top-notch. The only downside—and the reason for the half-star deduction—was that our room wasn’t cleaned by 3:00 PM, which seemed to be treated as normal without any explanation or apology. Aside from that minor inconvenience, everything else exceeded expectations. Would definitely stay again!」
