"Thank you for your hospitality. Staff was very much on point including Mr. James and the other female driver, and the staff that ran the breakfast room whom names I cannot think of at this point were very nice. The entire hotel was very clean & I was impressed with my stay. I highly recommend this beautiful place to my friends and family. Thank you for your hospitality. Beautiful staff and beautiful establishment."

"Janiyah was extremely helpful to us upon checkout. I had lost a parking garage ticket and she went out of her way to assist me with securing a replacement. The hotel housekeeping and security staff were very pleasant. My only concern was the staff personnel upon check-in. He did not greet us and was not friendly. He also asked us to accept two queen beds instead of our pre booked requested king…no explanation or apology. He was also not helpful with questions related to the parking garage. Otherwise, a pleasant stay. Thank you."
