When we checked in Thursday night, the desk clerk did not mention there was no hot water.
Friday morning when we wanted to take a shower and there was no hot water. I called the front desk and the clerk acted like it was a new problem and he would "check to see if maintenance was in to check on it." That was deception in my book.
I found out from other guests afterward, there was no hot water early Thursday night and there were people complaining to the front desk about the problem then.
No follow up was offered after my call. I checked later in person and the desk clerk only said, "I'm sorry."
During breakfast, there was a room full of people in the breakfast area, and many were mentioning the lack of hot water in their rooms.
When I asked again about the issue upon checkout asking to speak to someone in charge, I was told there was no one to talk to.
I left my number for the manager to call me, but no call happened.
We've stayed at this facility almost annually since it was built. Service has noticeably deteriorated since those early days. This was likely our last visit.
