「Front desk staff extremely pleasant 」

「We loved our stay. Excellent breakfast every morning. Fresh coffee. Always fresh cut fruit and a fruit bowl. The breakfast sandwiches were a real treat. Plenty of food options. Wonderful friendly staff always ready to fill a request. The pool and whirlpool were very clean with fresh towels on hand. The lounge had a nice menu and there's a Starbucks on site! We will definitely visit again.」

「Service is not very good as they don’t send me the receipt to my email correctly. And I call back after few days I checked out request that the receipt. Their attitude not very good. And the room is a bit noisy at night from outside as it’s close the club and bar area. If you need a quiet night at hotel, this is not a good choice. 」

「Cannot say enough good things about this spot. The front desk team was extremely friendly from check-in to when I asked to move rooms part-way into my stay because of some noisy neighbors. The pool is gorgeous. Has rentable day beds and cabanas and has a fun pool bar. The rooms are clean, have quality amenities and the beds are super comfy. I ate at the restaurant once for breakfast and really enjoyed my food and the service. What put them over the top is when I left behind an old blow dryer, in...

「I found the room very clean and spacious. i found it odd that I was required to put all my dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn on the dishwasher before I checked out. I had to check in online to get a code to access my key. Additionally, I had to upload my photo id to check in. The website kept freezing at that point and I couldn't check in. When I got to the hotel, the staff at the desk was friendly and helpful in getting me checked in.」
