「Service is not very good as they don’t send me the receipt to my email correctly. And I call back after few days I checked out request that the receipt. Their attitude not very good. And the room is a bit noisy at night from outside as it’s close the club and bar area. If you need a quiet night at hotel, this is not a good choice. 」

「Staf at front desk was welcoming. Lexi did a phenomenal job helping replace the faulty ac unit in our room. However, at some point in our stay three necklaces were stolen from our room..I should have used the safe, but got careless and tucked the jewelry bag in my suitcase which was on a stand near the front door. I reported to front desk. This theft left a bad taste so I would probably NOT stay there again. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Adeline. It wasn't too big. It wasn't too small. It was a nice balance of business and families. I think due to the business orientation, they had coffee on offer early and I could get my coffee and sit by the pool in the morning, which was lovely. The pool was beautiful. The outdoor space was nicely designed and well kept. The room was clean and spacious and had all the amenities you would want - overall we were very happy with our stay. 」

「We didn’t know that they only cleaned the room every two days and we were only there for two days. We only had one coffee cup and had requested they bring another one during cleaning the first day and they said they would, but since they didn’t clean, we didn’t get it. Everything else was great. It wasn’t quite soundproof, but it was pretty close - like the blackout shades too. Breakfast stopped at 9 AM during the week so we didn’t get a chance to try it.」

「The unit was very clean and check-in was smooth. However, there were a few things that impacted our comfort. The bed was quite squeaky, and there were no wine glasses or corkscrew available. There were also no USB charging ports or music/speaker system. Overall a clean space, but a few small additions and fixes would really improve the experience.」

「Renovated villa was exceptional! We loved it. Villa pool is a little lack lustre, but not terrible. Price was high; but related to time of year and busy Scottsdale week. Would have loved to eat breakfast on gorgeous patio outside but it seemed due to a conference in the patio next door, there wasn’t enough staff for that. 」
