「The room was located very close to the bar area, so noise from outside was clearly audible. In addition, I did not receive a receipt at checkout. When I later called the front desk to request it, the process took a long time and the staff’s attitude was not very helpful. I eventually received the receipt, but the overall service experience was disappointing.」

「We chose this hotel paying a little higher price specifically because of its really good ratings and seemed like it would offer a comfortable and relaxing stay. The rooms were clean and nicely laid out. The beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast was good. But the staff were a little misleading and not too helpful.
