"Please tell OH pool to keep music volume up. One day we went and vibe was so good with music, next day for some reason music volume was turned down and it was not the same. The following day music volume seemed to be back up a bit. For people just hanging at the pool to soak up sun and maybe have a drink, the music vibe is very important."

"Nice hotel. At check in we were told breakfast was served at 6am daily, but it actually was served at 7am on the weekends-not a huge deal, just changed our plans slightly. We loved having the full size fridge in our room, made staying with teens much easier! Hotel was clean, maintenance staff and cleaning staff was constantly present working to keep the hotel clean. Pool was nice, didn’t use the hot tub much since it was already 109° outside."

"Moldy shower curtain and edges. Noisy AC 2' from bed. Great location. Least expensive rental in area. Another pillow would be nice. Convenient parking directly outside the unit. Pay for what you get, so no surprises."

"I was disappointed about the amount of activity around the hotel. It felt like more of a night club than a nice hotel. The room was great but make sure you use a sound machine for sleeping because it can be loud. Ask to be on the quiet side of the hotel. Our in-room coffee/water was never refreshed without me having to call the front desk and ask. It seems like they should have a lounge on an upper floor for guests to get coffee, etc because it's not being replenished when the room gets cleaned. The rooftop pool was fine but servers in tiny pink bikinis just wasn't the vibe for me. Also, the house music starts at 10am up there so be prepared. The Kouboi restaurant is amazing and we would be happy to dine there again but overall the hotel just wasn't for us. Also, a self-parking option would be nice so that we could get our car on our own."

"The hotel staff were wonderfully nice. I stay at Motel 6 because I travel with a service dog. While he can go anywhere, I prefer Motel 6 due to their dog friendly policy. The room was clean enough but it was a cracker box. SMALL! The price for Scottsdale Fashion Square was extremely high (probably due to location) and should have been way less. Looked like they were full of people traveling through so they won't likely lower their prices. If you aren't going for the dog- you will have prettier accommodations elsewhere for the price. Again, the staff were excellent and morning coffee was good with pleasant greetings from office staff. Dog potty areas were nicely maintained with dog bags and trash cans. "

"The canned beer (to bring to pool from the bar) was all expired. The reception/bar girls weren’t knowledgeable on alcohol products. Both elevators need servicing ..the floor indicator lights in the inside of the elevator cars are not working properly. Bacon and waffles at breakfast were cold. Eggs were warm and good. "

"The room could use a good scrubbing with a magic eraser. There are black scuffs and dirt marks all over the walls. Pool was great and quiet especially in the heatwave. Good central location really close to old town. Note to anyone staying it is a memory foam mattress. So it doesn’t breathe well and you get absorbed by it pretty quickly. Great if you like that type of mattress. Vince is very quick at communicating with anything and everything. "
