"The first room we were given had a faulty outlets that wouldn’t work, had a moldy smell, no towels and the pool had ducks swimming in it. Staff was polite but just said it’s an old place when I asked questions. They didn’t share any WiFi password. The second room was clean and had a better smell. The key fab was also old and twice we had to go to front to get it reprocessed to get into our room. The resort also did not have hot water on the 3rd morning of our stay. Had to take cold showers. I asked about it and was just told it was being fixed. I would not recommend anyone stay. They don’t compensate you with any kind of a credit. The air conditioning worked but very loud. "

"Comfortable bed, clean room. WiFi did not work entire stay so WiFi tv never worked. Communication with host was good, although the WiFi issue was never resolved. Very good walkable area. "

"This was an awesome hotel right in Old Town. You can walk to everything. Great restaurants, so much fun. Pool on top and great place for a view and drinks and nachos."

"The property was clean and well-located. Staff was very helpful. It was a busy time, but one elevator seemed to randomly go off-line, creating long waits. Rooms are a bit small and poorly designed. The bathroom vanity was tiny, with very limited counter space and only enough towel rack for one towel. We had to hang our toiletry bags in the kitchenette. The enclosed toilet/shower area was very small, making it difficult to close the door without catching a toe. The only towel rack was inside the shower. Not even a robe hook on the back of the door. Whoever designed these rooms must not travel much. "
