「Service is not very good as they don’t send me the receipt to my email correctly. And I call back after few days I checked out request that the receipt. Their attitude not very good. And the room is a bit noisy at night from outside as it’s close the club and bar area. If you need a quiet night at hotel, this is not a good choice. 」

「Our stay here was great! The hotel is very clean, new and modern. The location is close to a lot of good restaurants, shopping, and a botanical garden. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I really liked the complementary breakfast, tea and coffee bar. The extra sink and microwave was a nice extra. 」

「The room was located very close to the bar area, so noise from outside was clearly audible. In addition, I did not receive a receipt at checkout. When I later called the front desk to request it, the process took a long time and the staff’s attitude was not very helpful. I eventually received the receipt, but the overall service experience was disappointing.」

「The room and the interior were spotless and well-maintained. The outside area was beautifully decorated for the Christmas. I was greated as a valuable guest by staff, whenever I returned back to the hotel.」

「Rooms are fantastic!! Comes with a dishwasher, sink, microwave, toaster, utensils. Room was very clean. Staff were friendly. Hotel is located in a nice and safe area. Full breakfasts in the mornings and pool is nice too. Great hotel.」

「Large 2 Queen room. Pros: clean. Excellent towels. Comfortable beds. Attractive. HEARTED pool ! Really! Beautiful gorounds. Secure gates. .when not left open. ... Cons: rediculous coffee maker and poor coffee flavor. No plug in locations for cells. Bring a wall plug type. Strange box plugged in next to bed" Do Not Unplug" sign. No coffee in lobby. 」

「En general todo muy bien. Aunque la limpieza de la habitación era muy por encima y cambiando lo básico. Encontrábamos la misma basura o papeles tirados después de que limpiaban el cuarto. 」
