I told them that I had booked it on Expedia. and try to give them my order number, but they didn’t take look, just told me wait ，and she will try one more time, she said 4-5 times to me in this 15-20mins she didn't find my room, … after that the room I found there was no toothbrush and slippers. but the first floor there are has sold...
