「The hotel was very clean and beautiful. I used the gym which was bigger than hotel gyms usually are with better equipment. All of the staff I interacted with were very cordial and ready to help.」

「Awesome customer service by Johnathan. He assisted me in checking in while the lobby was busy about a week ago. Very friendly and attentive as it appeared as though his colleague was too overwhelmed with his own customer to even greet us. I also appreciated his approach taking his time to explain about amenities and nearby areas to visit. The hotel is clean, centric to various places and has a great breakfast! 」

「Got it the hotel, and they said they couldn’t find the reservation. Had to wait up to 30 minutes to check in while it’s 1am, very frustrating experience. Room was clean though, just terrible front desk.」

「 Clean room, tall ceiling, hardwood floor, quiet room. But the best or stand out thing was water machine in lobby. Not having to make extra trips to stores searching for a water brand suitable to the quality I required and carrying jugs of water to room was great. As well as a small gym with free weights. 」

「The kitchen only had 1 fork, 1 spoon and 2 knife’s. Only 1 drinking glass. There were plenty of throw away coffee cups that we used for most everything. I’m sure if I had called the front desk they would have brought up whatever we needed. There should be 2 of all dishes and flatware since there was two of us in the room. All in all it was very good. Will stay there again. 」
