"I was not aware that there would be renovations going on during our stay. I wish there would be some kind of warning when booking. I was moving my son into dorms at UC Riverside and we checked in the night before. We had to unload the car on arrival for security reasons. I enquired about obtaining a luggage cart to make this task a little easier and the front desk staff seemed indifferent to my needs and said they would have to check the other floors. Despite this they seemed less than interested in helping. We then saw another guests using a cart for far less items than we had to unpack. We made about 4-5 trips to the car and back. Some more help from the front desk would have been appreciated."

"Best value for the price. Underground parking if you prefer. Large rooms. Again, rating based on price. Updates needed but then the price would go up. Breakfast included and pretty good quality. Lots of cleaning staff and all is tidy and looks, smells clean. Front desk is attentive to who is coming and going. We were having some remodeling done at home and just needed a quiet place to relax for a night. Perfect for our needs without spending a bundle."
