「The parking lot was clean and had enough spaces.
The lobby smelled good, was well appointed and spacious.
The front seat person who was checking us in could have been more pleasant. But a gentleman working in the back came out and said “Welcome VIP Expedia member and let us know we had $10 worth of free snacks because of our VIP status.
The express coffee machine was the highlight. The breakfast was tasteless.
The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed.

「Ileft my clothes in the room and forgot about it.
When I called the hotel the next day, they said they didn't have them. I'm quite sure I put my clothes in the wardrobe. It must be that the staff saw my clothes were designer brands and took them without reporting it.」
