「My daughter is in labor and the hospital sent her home. However she lives an hour away. So I booked a last minute hotel and they let us check in early around 10 am. After four hours of hard labor we went back to the hospital. The baby should arrive in the hour or two. I’m looking forward to going back to that room as a first time grandma. Thank you Expedia and Ayres hotel. 」

「Before we book，we called the reception to inform that we have 2 young children,9y&6y, and they didn't tell us there is an additional 20USD for children,but after we arrived, the reception asked for 20USD for my children. I accepted it, but not happy about this.」

「這次出差住了三週，我們訂了七間房，有些房間少了浴室浴簾，有些少了一顆枕頭，有些少了垃圾桶，總之就看你的運氣。 房間裡有個廚房可以自己料理，算是一個優點，只是裡面什麼廚具都沒有，需要自己去附近的賣場採購。 旅館並不會定時來清潔，但一樓有付費洗衣機，床單被單枕頭套或毛巾都可以自己拿下去洗，掃具要跟櫃檯借，櫃檯不是24小時，進門需要刷卡，以安全考量來說還算不錯。」
