Very clean newly remodeled room. Close to Yamavah casino, only a 5 minute drive. Very courteous staff. Will definitely stay here when we travel back to Yamavah!

Hotel stay

Customer service was great. The room was very clean. I would recommend it to anybody who is looking for a nice room. I will be renting it again for New Year’s Eve. Had a wonderful time. Pillows were nice and fluffy. Nice comforter with a nice warm blanket. Slept very good.

Quiet and safe but needs some upgrades!

Clerk was very friendly. He let us check in a little early which was nice. The smoke free room were literally smoke free. There was absolutely, no cigarette smell whatsoever which was nice and unusual. It was clean I must say. It was quiet and no one hanging or walking around while we stayed there. We gelt pretty safe staying there. The only thing we could say is that it can use some fresh paint, new furniture and the mattress and pillows were quite uncomfortable. Another good point is that it is one of the closest hotels to Yaamava casino.

Found a bug in the room and the hot water did not work at all on the first night. When all of this was brought to managements attention he charged us the deposit for my daughters, who are 2, 3, and 4 for getting chocolate on the mattress protector that we told him we knew they were just going to wash anyway. He insisted that the chocolate stains so it would have to be replaced. Horrible conditions and charged extra for washable offenses by my toddler children. Never again. Also no ice, vending nor refrigerator.

The Highland Inn is a terrible location. We did not stay. The room smelled like smoke. The bed was curved. There was a 1/2” gap under the door. The safety latch had Ben broken off. We checked out as soon as we had checked in.
