I booked my room and paid an entire year in advance to conveniently stay in walking distance to a music festival. After a 12-hour drive, I arrived at the hotel only to find that they had given my room away to someone else for over $1,000 more. The guy at the front desk was not only unprofessional but also rude. He said they do not handle refunds and forced me to call customer service instead of assisting me with the refund. He didn’t even know how to refund the room I had already paid for. To make matters worse, there were three prostitutes walking back and forth looking for customers the entire time I was speaking to the front desk guy. No wonder I had to speak to him outside behind what appeared to be bulletproof glass. Long story short, it took me almost three hours on the phone with customer service to finally receive my refund. I will never book from this hotel again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

Gross!!

This was the worst, most disgusting motel I have ever stayed in over my 40+ years of travel. It should’ve been a sign when I arrive to check in and there were two police cars on the street and one in the parking lot. The room above mine was having some type of domestic violence issue. Loud music in a nearby room that the night manager “couldn’t” do anything about. The room had this weird, unidentifiable smell. All of the furniture and appliances were askew. Nothing orderly. Seriously, the night stands, the microwave, the refrigerator, the coffee maker… all crooked. Anything not bolted down was out of place. A simple thing housekeeping could have fixed in less than a minute…. But they just didn’t care. Gross, dirty, stained bath towels a wash cloths. Pictures attached. Yes, those are supposed to be white. They look like somebody used them to change the oil in their car. Housekeeping must’ve just thrown him in the washing machine. And put them in the room, even though they were severely stained. “I’m just the night manager, I don’t deal with those things.” I literally want to the store and purchased towels just so I could shower. The relentless music drove me out about 1am. I went and slept on the couch in the nearby office I was working in. Stay away from this place.

This property was horrible I didn’t get to stay there as I asked the employee for a refund the rooms were exaggerating smelling like tobacco and the other room they gave us was full of roaches as well as cigarettes smell even there’s a sign of no smoking allowed I want a full refund.

Worst hotel in the San Bernardino

The two ladies were really rude upon checking me in. Then they said if I didn’t give them a $40 cash deposit, they wouldn’t give me my room. They stereotyped me big time cuz of my tattoos. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Also! The room had roaches inside.

literally the worst hotel I've ever been to

- My deposit was not returned. I neither broke rules nor damaged anything. - Mouse poop everywhere - No hot water - Floors covered in dirt and other people's hair on arrival - Bedding smelled of mildew and had lots of stains. -Advertised tub and pool but provided no stopper and pool was closed due to health code violation. - Made reservation & paid for 4 people. They tried to insist we should only get 2 towels. - Vending machines all broken - No bedside lamps, only extremely bright overhead light - Very transphobic manager

Worst place ever

The smell of cigarettes covered the room. The floor had dust and dirt but then we found cockroaches. Dead and alive. The manager was rude and charged me a $40 cash deposit which was never mentioned in the description. When i checked out the same night after being in the room for an hour he tried to keep my deposit. Once i told him that it dis not make sense he threw the money at me and told me to get out. On top of that there were tons of people who looked very sketchy hanging out all over the place. They were yelling and smoking right outside of the room. Will never book a stay at a studio 6. I would rather sleep in my car. Worst experience ever!!!
