「The hostess Raquel was Kind and she provided us with an upgrade to our room with a kings size bed. she stayed in contact with us and the property was cute. the pool is best at night in the day the hot sun makes it feel like a bathtub other than that everything was spot on. WILL DEFINETLY GO AGAIN!」

「I had the most wonderful stay at Bloom. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The service was top notch and the receptionists help us with everything. From arranging taxis, helping us to book activities, atvs etc, nothing was too small or too big. The apartment was luxurious. The interior design was impeccable. 「Insgesamt eine sehr sehr schöne Anlage. Wir waren im Juni/Juli für 2 Wochen da und hatten die Anlage quasi für uns allein(Nebensaison). An mancher Stelle noch ein wenig Baustelle, aber das stört nicht. Pflegt die Anlage weiterhin so toll, dann bleibt dies ein wundervoller Urlaubsort. 「The stay was amazing. The only thing is just the exterior at night it’s pretty dark, but nonetheless it’s very quiet and peaceful. It’s very relaxing to stay there the communication it’s good with the host. Overall a good experience except for the cabs they can be pretty hostile if you get your own cab like (Eiby or Indrive) but the Taxis in Tulum are very aggressive and they just want to take the most money they can. I would just say be careful on that part. 」
