"The ocean view was phenomenal we truly loved it. The price for our stay was also great and affordable for us. The only issue we had was our last full day there we were invaded with an overwhelming about of people that trashed the property , smoking weed in rooms and being oblivious to their surroundings. Security could only do so much but andi at the front desk did not have any empathy for the guest that were there with family and children and instead of trying to make it right we were told out of her control and there was nothing she would do for us. There were MULTIPLE families that had to leave their vacations early due to the complete disregard from the front desk. "

"Rust every where including bathroom. Second pool not open and room attendant tried to come in at 6pm to clean. Valet was a mess didn’t tells us that we had to go to a second location to pick up car. "

"The parking at this hotel is terrible! The location is right on the beach but in a very bad section of town. I could hear people partying all night. We will never stay there again!"

"We will never be staying here again. We had a rental car, they give you a pice of paper they call a parking pass to put on your dash. Well when your driving around and come back its easy to forget to put it back on your dash. We forgot had our car parked for 45 min to come out and see our car had ben towed. The front desk was no help. Infact they couldnt even tell us the number for the tow lot. Also the kitchnet in the room says it comes with dished but there was not one dish to use. Defeats the purpuse in paying extra for a room with a kitchen when you cant even use it. "

"Our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The beach was clean, relaxing, and surprisingly not crowded, which made it easy to enjoy the water and the view. The staff was friendly and attentive everywhere we went. We loved the restaurants—great food and the convenience of dining near the pool made the whole experience even better. We’ll absolutely be returning!"
