「The property was close to the highway which was nice and close to other things like Buc-ee's, and restaurants. As far as the hotel our initial room they gave us had not been cleaned from the previous persons stay so they did give us another room but it was not that clean, the air conditioner didn't work well. doors to the refrigerator were loose, there was mold in the shower, the toilet was crooked, there was no hand soap for the sink. Not happy with this hotel and will never go there again.」

「Out of all the hotels I have stayed at in Pigeon Forge, this one is definitely the most bang for your dollar. Having the value of breakfast, dinner, and snacks, and three adult beverages every night included in your stay goes a long way. The room was clean, and the staff was nice. My only complaints are that when you book a top floor room, it doesn’t really guarantee a good view, but that’s okay.
