「If you can get through the smell of marijuana and people yelling down the hallway, pounding on doors from midnight until 1 AM, you will find yourself in a room that was in disrepair. There were no plug-ins in the bathroom, half the lighting worked, there were stains on the main door and headboards of the beds, a broken chair at the desk, and water damage on the wall by the main window. The positive is that even though the beds were small, they were comfortable, and there was a nice 55-inch TV....

「Stunning oceanfront view from balcony and comfortable bed. Very small room with a tiny bathroom. Noisy. Be aware when you're directed to pick up parking pass, timeshare pitch. I complained but there was nothing that the resort can, so we made the best of it. No breakfast offered, free or paid. The area where we thought was for breakfast was for timeshare presentations. Parking garage in separate adjacent building making it inconvenient. Park in front Parking lot, but good luck getting a spot.」

「Angel was very helpful, still waiting for my refund of the deposit and the dirty room! We checked in room was dirty told front desk no one came to clean the room, they were sold out so was not able to get the room changed. That’s understandable but no one reached out or made any effort to rectify the issue. I had to get Lysol and disinfectant wipes to clean the room and get sheets to change our bedding.
