「I stayed there for 7 nights. There was a used soap when I first moved in. The AC is freezing cold and can't adjust. I saw hairs several times in the towels. The pillow is too low. I won't say it's a good experience staying there.」

「Beautiful lobby and pool area. Staff is friendly and professional. Wished there were more Jamaican options on breakfast buffet like ackee and saltfish and boiled bananas. Black teabags need to be offered- had to request every morning. Overall- excellent hotel and I will be back」
