"I would definitely come back and stay at this resort. I really don’t have anything bad to say. I love the beach access even at night. I would just say if you’re getting an omelette for breakfast let them know how much cheese you want. And could also have more late night options to eat but overall a great stay!"

The breakfast was good and the Italian restaurant was delicious, i recommend despite other reviews I read. The sports pub could use some help in the food and service category. "I have been coming to the Riu Caribe since 2014, and there is a reason I remain a loyal customer: they treat you like a person, not just a number. From the moment you arrive, the staff makes you feel truly special. The check-in process was seamless. Valeria took excellent care of us and was absolutely great. I also want to give a special mention to Karen, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. It was my sister and brother-in-law’s first time visiting Cancun, and my parents were celebrating their 58th wedding anniversary, so having that extra level of care meant the world to us. The resort itself is fantastic, featuring: Modern Accommodations: The rooms are consistently clean and updated. Prime Location: Beautiful, direct access to the beach. Excellent Dining: A wide variety of delicious drinks and food options. Atmosphere: The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, contributing to a fun, lively energy throughout the property. If you are looking for an all-inclusive experience where the service is as high-quality as the views, I cannot recommend Riu Caribe enough. We will definitely be back!"

"Very clean and well put together property. The staff in all aspects was attentive and eager to help or serve. The pools are cleaned every early morning as I was up early to see them scrubbing. The rooms were great. Clean and the air was perfect. The beach was beautiful, but the ocean was less than desirable. I touched it once and that was enough. Maybe it was the season? To that end, I stayed in the pool areas and I was very happy with that experience. Highly recommend this resort. Price v Experience is top notch. 25 minutes from the airport is a big plus as well. I was a single traveler to this resort for 4 days because the spa is fantastic. This resort had very little singles (mostly couples), but the environment is so relaxing that everyone talks to everyone. Food was better than expected in every restaurant. The seafood dishes were fantastic. Olas has a great augachile dish which hits perfect for lunch."
