Great resort. Second time here. Been to 9 other resorts in Riviera Maya and this one stands out. Beautiful property, plenty of pools and entertainment. The food is excellent, especially the lunch buffet by the main pool. Best we’ve had in Mexico. The beach is not the prettiest, but there’s a nice area for water-sports that is very calm. Highly recommend.

I stayed at Cancún Bay Resort for five nights and really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is small but has everything you need — comfortable, cozy, and clean. The atmosphere feels peaceful and welcoming, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The food was tasty with a good variety every day. Overall, a lovely little place in Cancún that I’d definitely recommend!

The staff was very friendly. The building is old, derelict, needs a lot of minor repairs. It was affordable and close to the ADO bus station, which is what I needed. I had a great time there.

This resort is small with less pizzazz compared to the fancier resorts. There’s only a few restaurant options and the buffet was small, but we enjoyed the selection available. The staff are friendly and work hard to make sure your stay is a pleasant one. The grounds are clean, pool overlooks the ocean and the drinks were good.

This was our first time at an all inclusive “Hotel”, we usually do resorts. I have to say the hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were great. We never waited to get a drink or food. Pizza was really good, all food was good, never had a bad item. The beach is small but they had a system to keep the seaweed away which was really nice. You can also walk down the beach for quite a while which I enjoyed. This is a smaller place than we were used to but we enjoyed our selfs. The only thing I would suggest is the beds. We found them really hard. A mattress topper would go a long way. I was considering ordering one from Walmart and have it delivered. Other than that a great stay.
