「A lot of items didn’t function properly, and the double bed “pullout” really isn’t that. The shower leaks and could barely adjust the temperature. The toilet wasn’t functioning properly either. I had to fix it everytime I used it.」

It appeared as though we were booking a room through the hotel, but it’s actually a privately owned rental located inside the hotel and is completely separate from the hotel’s operations. The apartment has bedbugs( bedroom bed)my wife and kids all had skin irritations, I booked this place for 10 days they did not disclose all problems so we had to move out in 5 days and book another hotel, they ruined our vacation When I tried to contact the host the did not respond to my text and kept ignoring the message.
