「Our room, though very compact, was clean and the bed comfortable. No mirror in the bedroom area; only in the bathroom. Bathroom was clean and sufficient but very thin towels and the toilet seat was cracked/peeling. Our biggest complaint was the breakfast. Offerings were minimal and some was inedible fruit and with an hour to go in the breakfast timing there was very little left. When told about the empty servers and cold case, staff just shrugged and nothing was refilled. Very paltry and...

「I loved the personalized care, friendly and clean atmosphere. Nestled away off the main road made it a quaint stay in Kennebunkport. Loved all of the Adirondak chairs around the lodge to Sit, relax and enjoy the scenery」

「First opinion was the overkill use of frebreeze and the rudeness from the front desk. The beds were so uncomfortable, barely had a boxspring. Pillows were a joke. Windows were screwed and lodged with a stick so the most you could open it was maybe 2 inches. We could hear people partying and dancing outside till past 11 pm. Playing loud Mexican music dancing and screaming. Found out that this place is also rented to tenants. 5:00 am in the morning they are outside our window having coffee...

They gave us another room, ,which was fine. The following day, we were gone all day, returning after midnight to find no housekeeping services had been provided - garbage remained and used towels were still in the bathtub.
