"This is a lovely hotel where I had a wonderful stay in 2019. The hotel is still the same lovely building, and the staff are warm and accommodating and helpful. The disappointment was that the hotel was undergoing a change in ownership when we were there and there had been a kitchen fire so both the memorable bar service and excellent food were missing.
