「Impeccable staff, seriously five star service from parking ,check in...the rooms were super clean and modern ..the front desk had everything ready and the room was so clean ...went to bar and the staff there were so friendly and welcoming and you know you can just tell they actually like their job and want to be there and actually work as a team ...best experience have had in a long time at a hotel definitely will be back and tell everyone this is our third time back and one of best experiences...

「The Silsbee Suite was lovely! Its def just for 1 or 2 ppl even though the kitchen is huge there is only 1 queen bed and a couch. You also habe acess to your own private patio but we were out all day and didnt really utilize that. This property is in walkimg distance to everything you need to get to and see in Salem. It is an old house and you can hear EVERYTHING! Even the other guests if they sneeze or laugh so just be aware of that. I would def stay again 」

「My daughter and I stayed for a birthday trip. It was such a beautiful place. Someone kept in touch before, during and after our stay. I never felt like I was "out of the loop". Be prepared to walk about a mile to downtown. It is a nice, safe walk though. I would definitely recommend the Coach House!」

「Beautiful castle building, free coffee at the reception, staff are very friendly and helpful. They even offered me a ride to the train station when the next train was coming within half an hour. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay. 」

「This was so perfect for a quick girls overnight with myself and my two tween daughters. We don’t live far from here and just wanted to take a quick getaway. The pool was perfect and the hot tub was great! Can’t beat the ocean view. The hammock, fire pit, chess, and cornhole were very appreciated my by girls and I enjoyed being able to read on the outdoor patio area. We are definitely making this a yearly (or more) thing. Hotel staff was very sweet.」
