「Hotel is located in front of a park. It is nice to have balcony in the room. The room is quite comfort but there is strange smell in the room. Breakfast is nice!」

「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「his is a charming boutique hotel set in a beautifully renovated historic building in the Old Town. With roughly 20–30 rooms, it has an intimate feel and plenty of character. Our room was clean and comfortable, though it had only a small courtyard-facing window, which meant limited natural light; something to expect in older heritage properties. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Given the size and age of the building, amenities are limited, but the charm, history, and warm service...
