「Everything is perfectly thought of and implemented. Very clean property staff are extremely professional and friendly. Rooms are amazing clean everything works everything is as you expect is to be and that’s a big one for me. The only thing that is a minor curiosity for me is the entire resort does not have any area to drop off waste or trash and the property is pet friendly. 「We absolutely loved our stay at The Colony Palms for my husband's birthday. All of the staff from our restaurant/pool attendant Sam, to check in staff like Deanna and Christina, Kai, and our valet Jared made us feel so welcomed and taken care of during our entire stay. The property's restaurant food, drinks, and service was so great. 10/10 would stay here again. Highly recommend!」

「Property had spiderwebs throughout the home, desperately needed an upkeep and good cleaning. Light fixture was broken in master bedroom we couldn’t turn on ceiling fan. Toilet paper holder was falling off the wall.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Moonridge. It was cozy and inviting, and the hot tub was an added bonus after exploring Big Bear for the day. When we arrived, it was a comfortable, clean house, and when we left, it felt like home. I would stay here again. 」

「Great Home for family & friends near Big Bear Mountain, the house is mostly restored and feels new. The only no good thing is you need to take the trash away like 5 block from the house to a garbage yard.」

「Please read before booking this property! First of all this is run by a management company so if you have any issues and need answers right away they will not help you. They will answer your phone call and let you know they will get back to you with in 24 hours but they never did. We had a question about pool/spa, called, they said they would get back to us but never did.
