"Staff was great and room was very clean"

"We stayed for a couple of nights here and this hotel deserves it plaudits. The hotel is immaculate and clean but what makes it are the staff. They were attentive, gave us good advice on our onward journey and, when one of my party felt poorly, offered to bring tea and soup to our room. That is great service. We used some of the facilities during our stay including the pool and sky lounge. The pool is more than sufficient for a layover trip and the cocktails and view in the sky lounge were great. There were a few bugs flying about though. Thanks. Much credit to the staff."

"Friend, helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Unfortunately the sky bar was closed 2 nights for private functions which was a disappointment. "

"We loved the location and the service at the Oriental Jade Hotel in Hanoi. Being in the Old Quarter meant that most of the major sites were within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of cook to order options as well as a full spread."

"Many other good hotels in the area, so I don't think I will return to this hotel. Overall, the hotel is nice, in a quiet area which is close enough to the old quarter. Room was big and clean but with a musty smell. Pool and pool area are quite small and the water is cold. Pool menu is limited and overpriced. Did not take the breakfast as it was overpriced while there are alternatives around. "
