"I lived in NYC for 5 years and travel to this wonderful city 4-6x a year. This has been the best hotel I've stayed at for so many reasons. Location!!! A couple of blocks away from SoHo, Bowery, LES and Nolita. Shopping, restaurants, bars, parks, bodegas, grocery stores were literally steps away. Amazing lounge bar, great restaurant, beautiful rooftop view, lockers for your luggage, clean and decent size rooms, great Customer Service. Anything Ian Schrager touches is pure gold.⭐️"

"First of all, the staff were all Very helpful and nice. We loved our room too. it was small, but perfect. The Hotel is in a safe location, basically in the middle of the city. It’s close to the subway, penn station or port authority is all in walking distance. Or better yet, the subways work well. All you need is an ATM and you can board the subway. My partner needed to do a zoom meeting, and needed a desk. He called the front desk, and they delivered a small desk to work on. Again, it was...

"I liked how it was in Times Square. I did not like how they were doing renovations. Elevator was down a couple days, which caused lineups and delay."

"The electronic checkin was a great feature. Our room had a problem with the AC as this was shutting off automatically after about 20 minutes. Maintenance looked at it, but did not fix it (unfortunately as we “fried” overnight without AC. The property is well located and we would definitely stay there again……with AC that works!!!"
