"All was good up until I packing my things to check out. One the male cleaners knocked on my door and when I didn’t answer, he actually opened the door to ask if I was checking out. Check out was at 11 am and when he came to my door it was 10:30 am. I told him that it was not ok that he opened my door. At check out, there was no staff available to tell what happened so I’m leaving this review. It is not safe to have male cleaners open doors randomly. There has to be a better system."

"I can not say enough great things about this location. Each time we visit NYC we like to stay here for it's amenities, dining options inside and close by, easy check in, room size/quality, value, proximity to all areas of Times Square and the staff is always so helpful and friendly, Our check in was so smooth, our room was ready well ahead of the check in time, and the doormen and elevator attendants always have the best recommendations."
