"This hotel was fine if you just need a clean place to sleep for the night that’s pretty easy to get to. Don’t believe in any extras they may claim to offer though. Check in was very difficult. I reserved 4 rooms and tried to check in at 5:30pm. None were ready even though check-in begins at 3. Staff didn’t know how to run their system and two were arguing about how to use it. They were short staffed all around. And, even though I paid extra for breakfast to be included in the package, it was not actually available. I was hoping that I picked the right place for a convenient and comfortable trip with extended family, but it turns out that this hotel has really gone downhill over the past few years. Pretty disappointed with our stay."

"We were told at check in there would be breakfast, although not free, made to order at 0630. We were happy as we had a very early morning and the convenience was going to be a big help. Unfortunately they don’t serve breakfast. We would have planned ahead if we knew we couldn’t get breakfast on site."

"If you have children or even a bigger person do not stay here. The staff is rude, for two days we were asking for 2 pillows that were not in the room for the pull out couch. They kept saying they had none. The lady in pink at the front desk charged my card for reasons that were not valid. She was never at the desk and instead laying on the couch. Ill mever come back. We felt unwanted and completely anxious "

"Room was clean enough but beds were great. My main issue is with the hotels location, TV and phone in room. First issue day one: with being right on Route 46 the noise from the highway was awful. I’ll never do that again. Tried to drown the noise out by leaving the TV on but no that didn’t work as the hotel has Dish Network and kept losing signal every few minutes even though the days were clear. Tried to call front desk to let them know about the TV issue but no dial tone. Called front desk from mobile phone and explained issue with TV and they sent someone up to see what’s going on. Said there’s an issue was the connection and remote control but got it to work. After he left TV lost signal again repeatedly. So I just shut it off. Day two. After being out most of the day, went to hotel to wind down and relax, showered and ate dinner (takeout), could not unwind because of the highway noise, tried TV again but no signal again, went to call front desk but remembered no dial tone. Called front desk on mobile phone, was told there’s not much they can do. I asked if they can put me in another room and they asked if I can go to the front desk which I did. They put me in another room on 1st floor. After moving to room and again tried to unwind again and get ready for bed. Turned on TV to drown out the highway noise which is worse on the 1st floor and I had to laugh because again no TV signal. We left the hotel in the morning. Never again!"

"Be aware that this hotel practices overbooking. We booked and paid for our room, then arrived at the hotel at 2:00 a.m. only to be told that the hotel was full and no room was available for us. The management appears to overbook rooms without properly managing remaining reservations. No one contacted us in advance, even though they already knew additional guests would be arriving and no rooms were available. Expedia eventually helped by finding us another hotel and issuing a one-night refund. During the two hours we spent trying to find another place to stay in the middle of the night, we saw two other families experiencing the same issue."
