「This is one of the worst hotel ever, I asks for the no smoke bedroom and ufffff disappointed and the bad tub with mood I don’t even want to remember it」

「Our room was brand new and very nice. But the toilet was not working, had maintenance come to repair twice. Had to use the lobby restrooms for our stay. The hotel is under construction and the lobby and elevators are a mess and only one was working. The construction trucks, woke us up at 5am.」

「Very disappointed with our stay. The toilet in our room was broken for two days, making it extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, no one came to fix it during that time. Because the toilet was unusable, we had to go all the way to the public restroom in the basement whenever we needed to use the bathroom.
