「Unfortunately the hotel had surprisingly canceled our reservation some time ago because another customer with the same last name was canceling theirs … it was an annoying and stressful situation at our check in since we were in town for a family party, but it could have been worse if they had no rooms left. Fortunately we were able to get two rooms as we had reserved. Unfortunately we got a smaller rooms at a higher rate :(」
