Got bitten by bed bugs. The elevators were broken except for two which made it awful to get an elevator. They were packed. It took 15-20 to get an elevator.

The Claridge has so much potential and I hope someone one invests in improving it. Pros: convenient to boardwalk/beach, staff was nice, Rooftop restaurant a plus and connected to a dispensary if that’s your thing, walkway to nearby casino Cons: Two out of five elevators were working which led to long wait times on the weekend. Pool was dirty (hair, debris floating), outdated decor. Affordable but I would suggest staying Sunday or during the week when it’s less crowded.

July 4th weekend. Very Busy, room was not available at check-in waited over an hour at the lobby, store has a full Starbucks set up. Upon check in I was charged room deposit which has not been refunded a month later. Trying to call them no answer n the one time they answered they told me I had to wait another few days for the refund. Room was neat and bathroom was clean. Mattress and pillow were comfortable. Room window view, partial beach and nice sunset. Fridge if needed, iron and iron board, basic toiletries. Walking distance store outlets were a nice bonus. . Hotel is outdated but maintain as well as it can be. Elevators run a little slow but it was expected. We booked this particular hotel, to be on the boardwalk and feel comfy and safe.

Hotel owners or upper management really need to step in. Only two elevators were working during the stay. It took about 30 minutes in some cases to ride up or down. The hotel in general needs a deep cleaning. The mattresses need to be replaced. The bed linens needed to be replaced. There was think dust on the air vents near the window and bathroom. More front desk associates are needed to during the check-in process. The hotel should to institute hotel check-out on the in-room tv like most other hotels in AC. It was not the best experience for the customers and I would imagine for the front line staff as well.

The waiting time to check in and the waiting time to get in the elevators was insane. Very frustrating and stressful. I don’t recommend it 😕

I got this hotel cause it looked nice I was celebrating my son's 21st birthday it was not clean and nice like it looked the ac kept shutting off not working the thermostat kept reading 78 the frosting on his cake melted 24 storys in the hotel and only 2 elevators worked you had 2 wait 10-15 to get up to the room or back down ended up going down the stairs most times from the 10th floor the stair well were grosser than the hotel like urine on the floor gross! I was told I had to pay 18.00 when I got there there was also a 100 deposit I wasnt told anything about says parking available 25 pls tax a night per vehicle which was left out also across the little St there is a lil park with a fountain full of addicts like sleep there at night and hang out all day needles on the ground someone tried selling my bf drugs on our way back in the hotel

Outside it’s the homeless population you have to avoid. Inside, very limited dining no quick sandwiches etc, five old elevators of which only one worked by end of stay. Expect very long 20-30 minute long waits for elevator. I walked down 16 flights! Broken toilet finally fixed second day. No towels then you ask and they give you one. Just a miserable place. Stay somewhere else.
Handicapped mom sitting on overturned trash can because the elevators are so slow. We waited 30 minutes!

When we checked in it took 30 min for us to wait on a line to check in. We had to wait for the elevator a really long time because it only 2/6 elevators worked. When we entered the room one of the outlet plugs from wall was on the dresser in front of the tv. We also noticed that there were water stains on the night stand which looked like were there from previous people staying there and as we entered the bathroom we found a baby roach and something sticky in front of the sink where we had to wipe off because we were unaware what it was
