"Absolutely beautiful hotel, and you truly can’t beat the location. It’s right in the middle of the city, so you can walk to just about everything. When you first arrive, you take the elevator up to the lobby. The lobby has a nice bar area, and from there you’ll use your room key to access the elevators for the guest floors. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and accommodating. We even received room credit to use toward dining and drinks, which was a great perk. The view from the patio was absolutely stunning."

"This hotel was perfect for my family! We stayed in the family suite which was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location and has a bar/restaurant and an adorable French bakery next door. The staff were very friendly. The elevators are very small and old, but other than that, it’s a great NYC hotel! "
