"While the hotel itself was a nice place to stay (loved the atrium and amenities), I would not stay again due to the checkin/parking situation. There was nowhere to park to checkin which meant parking in the garage off to the side before check in."

"The hotel is in a convenient location to Bourbon st and restaurants. It’s on the perimeter of the French quarter so is a bit quieter. If you do a hop on hop off bus tour, a stop is just down the street. The staff are kind and helpful. Also the bar happy hour was great!"

"Great location, easy to access from the airport and close to Canal St. Nice, spacious room with settee, kitchen and 2 tvs. Reception staff very helpful. Disappointing breakfast, ran out of yogurts, bananas and staff had to be asked regularly to refill items, (but you won't go hungry in New Orleans)."

"The property was being renovated. And I wasn't aware until we arrived. They didn't give us any washcloths. Other than those few things, our stay was great. The kids enjoy the pool and the breakfast was okay. I would stay there again once the renovations were completed. Oh, and the bar across the street was cool and convenient. "
