"I think the breakfast could use some improvement; there is no variety in the fruit, and there was no hot milk or individual yogurt cups. Given the price we paid, I think we expected a better breakfast."

"The bathroom ceiling was loose due to a leak. There were holes made to let water drain out obviously along with a circle of black mold indicating how long this problem has been around. The toliet was dirty inside and the refrigerator was so dirty inside. Where the water drains looked like dirty mop water. My daughter and her family had to go to 4 rooms before they got a room clean enough to stay. Thankfully the newly hired 2nd shift manager was nice and worked to find a clean room. We made a note not to stay there again on our biannual trip to Florida."

"My room never got clean and I was there for 6 days keep asking but never got it clean. No manager at all because they said the didn’t have no manager at that hotel but they will try to fine someone to call me am still waiting. "
