The room we booked wasn’t quite ready so we were upgraded to a fabulous chalet room with a fireplace and full kitchen! we absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again!"

"The room was fairly large and clean with two nice beds and a sofa. The bathrooms were a good size and there was a small fridge and a place to make coffee. The free breakfast was nice, but the items were stocked very slowly. However, the waffles are do-it-yourself and they're very easy and tasty."

Only problem was the room above us on the 3rd floor was extremely active from 10pm till almost midnight. Sounded like lots of running or jumping around so perhaps not well insulated between floors. "Great stay with a priceless lakeside location. They had activities at the hotel and were close to town for any necessities or things to do. The room was very clean and staff was friendly. Only issue with my stay was that there was a large light out in the bathroom and the smoke detector was missing the cover. However, I'd definitely stay again."
