I requested adjoining rooms when booked and when I arrived they did not accommodate. Then she made me wait 39 minutes to check in because she was suppose to fix it, and after all that time she said she couldn’t do it; she blamed it on Expedia. Never coming back here, it ruined our stay.

Staff are very friendly, great customer service. Hotel is nice and super clean. Room was nice. The people in the room next door were ridiculous and didn’t sleep all night, banging their door every 15-20 min so I didn’t get any sleep. Definitely not the hotels fault but super annoying
