Kemper Campbell Ranch 3 Stars Hotels

"Overall, the hotel was nice. The staff were friendly. The place was clean to the eye... don't walk barefoot in your room unless you don't mind black feet. The gym had just enough equipment to get a decent workout with towels and water readily available. The indoor and outdoor pools were nice. My complaint was the spa... visible mold along the rim and safety railing was loose on one side. The Cafe, Starbucks and bar all in one... was convenient unless you wanted to use Starbucks app. They do not use the app at all. My family and I stayed three nights. All of us were able to sleep very well. "

"The breakfast was hearty, not just bagels and danish. Hot tub was very nice and a little secluded from large, sometimes busy pool."

"This wasn't the best breakfast we have had. It was okay. Hampton inn is much better. Staff is very friendly. But if you are a smoker. They have no place for you to sit down. I am disabled and if it wasn't for Jordan the secure guard that helped me get up on my husband's tail gate I would have been standing out in the parking lot. Jordan also watched over me to make sure I was safe. So kudos to him."

"They allow dogs but then have no grass anywhere for your dogs to use. Everything is rocks and succulents and most of it is not even flat. At least have a decent fake grass area! I literally had to go next door behind the Chuckee Cheese for a little grass so my female dog would even go pee! It's dark back there at night, so I had to make sure I took her before 9pm when they were still open, so I would feel somewhat safe. Also, ridiculous they stop breakfast at 9am even on Sunday, so I only had the coffee. They make it easy for their employees and not the customers. It should be 10am on Sundays and 9:30am weekdays. Lastly, I requested the room to be cleaned one day, and they cleaned the kitchen/living room area but did not empty the trash and didn't even make the bed. Most of the staff was pretty nice and in general it was kept clean. That was the positive about the property."
